Hello Beautiful Ladies!





My name is Amy and from now on I'd like to be called  "The Curvy Girl" , I have started a Curvy Journey and I am so excited to make you a part of it !. I started taking Aguaje about a year ago. My favorite thing about Aguaje is that my PMS symptoms have disappeared and I did start seeing the curves, I stopped taking it for a while but now I ve just started my journey again by taking AGUAJE, WILD HINOJO AND MACA3. According to my experience during the 1st year here is my 1st tip  : If you want some hips you NEED Maca 3!!

Week 2:



Hello Ladies!!

This week has been amazing!!! Let me show you why : ) As you know my starting measurements were 37-31-38, well today I measured myself and I am 37 and a half-30 and a half and 39 and a half!!! I gained some inches on my breast and butt and lost a bit on my waist. I was beyond excited because I also gained weight (in the right places) my weight has fluctuated from 128 – 132 for the longest time and finally I am at 134. Maca has increased my appetite Thank goodness so I am able to consume more calories in the day.

This is my exact workout routine that I have been following.

Monday to Friday Fitness Blender Tank top arms round 1 - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oUychjqfO8I I use 3 lbs weights, if you are not used to working out just start with no weights!! In addition to the tank top arms round one also just started doing Tone it Up New Bikini arms work right after no break and I LOVE it - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oUychjqfO8I . I suggest for you to start with just the fitness blender one if you are a beginner because the tone it up one is intense, but they are both very short only like 9 – 11 mins each. If you want to do both just use 1 lbs weight OR pick one or the other.



Fridays I do lower body - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jkDb-1L47x8 . I only do my butt once a week so it has time to rest and grow stronger and BIGGER! I drink or eat at least 20 grams of protein before this workout (a tuna can has 20 grams of protein) and 30 – 50 grams after the workout and I also take 2 - 3 more maca pills with the protein. So in Fridays I have more Maca than most days because it really helps you build muscle and that HIP curve! Good luck this week ladies! WEEK 3:

Hi ladies What a loooong week! But it was a good one, my waist is still smaller than when I started and has not gotten any bigger. I’m really excited because my hard work is finally paying off. Its little changes that I notice in my body that tells me that this stuff really works. If you are sitting on the other side of the screen wondering if you should really try it, then you NEED to try it. I am not sitting here writing a blog entry just to trick people or waste my time or being paid, no one pays me for these entries , my only reward is seeing how my body is changing and being able to help you beauties achieve your dream body. WEEK 4:



Hello loves!

Today I am going to talk about the importance of taking your pills consistently.  When you don’t have a schedule and do not take the same amount of pills every day you will not see results and you might lose the results you do have! This week I was not consistent with my maca and aid the consequences because I lost ½ inch from my hips. I still have pretty good measurement and I know next week I will have better results because I will be consistent this week! I am at 38 and ½  - 29 – 39. My waist is getting smaller and that’s the Aguaje working. I have some really amazing things I am working on (hint - Follow the curvy fruit on Pinterest!) WEEK 5:


Hello Loves! Today I want to talk about how I keep my curves on point! I add my Aguaje and Maca 3 to my smoothies. Makes it easy to take your supplements because you can’t taste them! Keep in mind you can add almost anything you like to your smoothie. The milk or Soymilk is so important because the high content of Vitamin D makes it easier for your body to absorb the phytoestrogens in the Aguaje and Maca 3. After a Butt/leg workout it is important to eat high calories and carbs because if not the protein won’t go where it needs to (your curves!)

WEEK 7:



Hi ladies! I hope you guys have been enjoying your smoothies, because if you have been drinking them every day consistently you should be seeing results already! My measurements as of this week are 38 29 39 which I think is great because aside from the smoothies I haven’t been eating lots of calories to maintain my weight. That’s why smoothies are so important for curves because you get the calories you need. I also love to add berries. Berries have less sugar than other fruits and no matter what your weigh goal are weather to lose weight or gain weight, sugar can be your enemy. If you are underweight to much sugar can decrease your appetite and if you are overweight sugar can make you store fat in the belly, arms and back area instead of your curves! So make sure you keep sugar as low as possible. That’s why I love the antioxidants in Aguaje, because they block the body from absorbing to much sugar! Okay so this has been a good week shopping for my apartment furniture and all that stuff. I haven’t been eating that many calories in a day but I take my Aguaje, Maca3 and Hinojo pills with me on the go, it’s so convenient. I have not lost any curves or inches which is a good thing considering the fact that I have been skipping 1 to 2 meals a day! : ( I know it’s bad but that’s life! WEEK 11


Hello beauties!!!
Today I want to talk to you about the #1 curve killer! Stress, I don’t just mean emotional stress like the stress you feel during the last week of school finals or stress because you are behind on a really important project your boss told you to start last month, I AM TALKING ABOUT exercise stress. As you have read the last couple of weeks I have not been eating to much because I am busy and I have not gotten the results I have been looking for because I am stressing about working out even when I am tired and that is not helping my appetite. As you know I have been doing 2 upper body routines 5 days a week with heavy weights, combine that with little calories and protein and I am getting fatigued and not seeing the results I want. Why? because I am tired my body is tired and my muscles are tired. I took a break and decided to stop my upper body workout and just focus on my lower body once a week, I am focusing on healthy eating and resting well .  Black Maca 3 has been heaven sent, you can really feel the energy, I drink 3 tables in an empty stomach in the morning. My appetite is coming back and I am feeling well rested when I wake up in the morning. I will let you ladies know when I start my upper body routine again but for now I am taking a break. I was burning too many calories in my workout and NOT eating enough so how can I expect curves when I am not feeding them?!?!?!?!
I know it can be so hard to stop exercising when you get amazing results. You feel like you are addicted but you need to listen to your body. Fatigue is very hard to recover from and to be honest after you recover you are prone to getting it again if you don’t take care of your body the right way. SO ladies keep taking your Maca3 and Aguaje and listen to your body. I ASK YOU PLEASE TO choose one routine or the other from the once I suggested in previous post and do it 3 times a week, I PROMISE you will still see results and will curves will have more calories so they will GROW bigger! WEEK 13


Hello ladies

If you have been taking your Black Maca 3 by now you should have started to feel a Little heavier at the bottom ;) & with all the extra energy you should been feeling I want to show you my FAVORITE curve exercise. It’s called the elevated feet Glute Bridge.  I place my heels about shoulder with a part on my coffee table. You can use a chair or any other object where you can safely elevate your heels without them sliding off. Please look at pictures 1 and 2.

Don’t let your booty touch the ground because it will take away from the hips (TFLS) if you want bigger hips don’t let your butt touch the ground trust me!! See the distance between her butt and the front legs of the chair? It’s perfect. Place your heels only on the chair not your whole foot

Again look at her feet. The only part of her foot the bench is the heels, and when you go up squeezeeeee your booty like your life depends on it. Pretend that if you don’t squeeze as hard as physically possible you will die lol

Week 14


Hi ladies!! This has been a busy week and its only Tuesday! I have been eating a lot more and I know for sure it’s the Black Maca 3. Black maca is truly amazing and if any of you have been struggling with stress and belly weigh gain then you NEED to try it. It also has been increasing my appetite which is awesome because with the Aguaje everything I eat goes to my butt The most important thing to remember when taking Black Maca 3 is that your exercise results will be BETTER, I promise you! Week 15


Hi pretty ladies

Today let’s talk about why you are not seeing results. Yes it’s frustrating to be doing soooo many things and not see any results. Let me tell you a secret… are you ready?? You are having results. Just because you don’t see changes does not mean they are not happening. Inside your body the phytoestrogens are creating an army and doing their work. Little by little your hip bones are growing, your breast is expanding, your butt fat cells are expanding and swelling and your belly fat is slowly melting. Yes you are changing from the inside out so it might take a while to see changes but DO NOT GIVE UP! Take pictures at the end of every month so you can see the little changes occurring. Remember that you already went through puberty your body already though that’s how it was going to stay and now you are challenging your genes so yes it will take time but you will get there I PROMISE! <3 font="">

Week 16


Last Friday I was working out and I wanted to change up my routine so I started doing this thing I now called “Sumo – Hip Thrust Circuit” One circuit consist of 10 sumo squats and 10 hip thrust. I was able to perform just one circuit because it was at the end of my workout but you can do just these 2 exercises to target all parts of the booty and the Hips. You can use anything for weights. I use blocks, water bottles with sand or coins, books, and backpacks… whatever you can find! You will look amazing with little effort ;)

Week 17



Hey ladies ;)  I know what you are thinking!!
Because I use to think that way too, “Why do I need Aguaje?” “Why do I need herbs?” “Can’t I just become curvy with exercise and eating right?” I use to think that too. In fact I made the mistake of not using any herbs and I continued to eat healthy and exercise and the results were NOT CUTE! You must understand that if you were not born with an hourglass shape or a pair shape which naturally store fat in the booty and hips then that means you are an apple or a rule, either way this means that you where naturally programed to have less estrogen in your body that an Hourglass and Pear. And due to the fact that most foods out there are so unhealthy you are probably walking around with a little more fat in the face, arms, back and belly than you would like.
That was me, I stop using herbs and worked my butt off literally!!! . I exercised so much trying to loose unwanted fat so I lost my booty. I decreased the estrogen levels in my body so the fat would not go to my curves and I would just loose it. I had a big upper body and a tiny lower body, the complete opposite of what I was going for :’’(  It took me almost 2 years to regain the little butt I had and I was still not happy with all the fat in the upper body which is SOOOO HARD to loose and then Ive found Aguaje and started using it!!
Trust me, you don’t have to kill yourself exercising when you do instead of the good fat leaving your body it will just go to your curves. You need Wild Hinojo because if you are an apple trying to loose weight you probably have a big bust and losing weight will make them saggy, so PLEASE take your wild hinojo and most importantly you need Black Maca 3  because it will balance your hormones and give you more Human Growth Hormone which will make your stubborn upper body fat transport to your curves.
So where does that leave the hourglass and pair ladies? Well if you want bigger curves guess what? You still need herbs! I recommend Black Maca 3 with Wild Hinojo if you are a Pear to get bigger boobies and Aguaje, Black Maca 3   and Wild Hinojo for hourglass gals to make your curves bigger.

So to conclude HORMONES dictate how your body will look even if you exercise and eat right. THAT’S WHY YOU NEED AGUAJE!

Hi ladies!
I DONT WANT TO EXERCISE LI have been so busy and I want to apologize because this will be a short post. So what do I do when I do not want to exercise and I make up this lame excuse saying I don’t have times? Well we know that’s a lie because I only need to workout once a week for a big booty so I know IM JUST being lazy. This happens to me a lot so what I found helps was motivational picture. I print out some pictures or just make a board on Pinterest that I look at when I’m being lazy, seeing all those big booties and beautiful curves make me want to workout no matter how lazy I am feeling. Here is a picture that motivates me TONS! Hi ladies!!! College classes are kicking my big butt!
I am sorry for the late post. Today I want to talk about FIT C, Its a camu camu based product and Its awesome, this is the CAMU CAMU product Ive been testing and that Ive mentioned you on a previous post almost a month ago and guess what? It is about to be introduced by the CurvyFruit team on Next Week!!! Yayyyy! . Week 20

Hey ladies!!!!

I’m so excited for you all that are starting the Fit C challenge. As you know I was trying to get my waist back to 29 inches, because I had gained a little bit of belly fat since I have been trying to gain weight. Well last week I measured my waist and I was at 28 ½ inches!!!! Omg I lost and inch and a half. My waist was ranging from 31 to 30 inches, my goal was 29 inches and I am at 28 and a half. My mind is blown im so excited. I know you guys will see amazing results too! This Fit C is camu camu based which means it has lots of vitamin c for a slim belly but also vitamin c helps with those curves!! Camu camu has more than vitamin c it was other nutrients that help the Aguaje, Maca and Hinojo work better so we get them sexy curves!!!

Week 21

Hi ladies!
I hope all of you are doing great I want to talk to you guys about 2 things today; Sumo Squats and Fit C! Okay well I have told you before that sumo squats are the best squats for booty and hips, this wont make the back of the leg or the front part of the leg bulky (I don’t like that) this just targets the booty and hip curves thats it!! Dont get it twisted because sumo squats and plie squats look the same but sumo squat works booty more and plie the inner thighs more, for a great sumo squat you place feet shoulder with apart with toes pointing outward and pretend you are sitting back on a chair and then come back up and squeeeeeezzeee the booty HARD!  I promise you my butt was perkier the next day. I did 20 sumo squats with 10 lbs and 10 sumo squats with 25lbs. I love this because you can use anything as weights, books, rocks anything be creative :) plie squats are different because you place feet very far apart, which makes your inner thighs work harder and your booty not work hard.

Now for the CAMU CAMU FIT C, my face is so bright and clear I love it. I make sure to drink plenty of water to let the Fit c do its thing! Now for those of you trying to gain weight I know that you get frustrated because you read everywhere that you need to drink LOTS of water to be healthy. well I can’t do that because water makes me not hungry and I won’t eat, my goal is tall glasses of water a day and thats enough for me. Sure water is healthy but drinking tons will just make you pee all the time. So drink in moderation because you don’t want to flush all those fats and calories away.. our booty needs them ;)

Week 22



Hi Ladies!

Want to Grow 1/2 inch of hair and hips is 4 days???? 

OKAY! I know the title caught your eye right? So we all know Aguaje not only help with curves but it also help your hair. I have been trying to make my hair longer faster so I tried the inversion method, which claims to make your hair grow 1-4 inches in a week. What you do is sit at the edge of a chair and tilt all the way forward till your face is like between your legs and your head is upside down. You do this for exactly 4 mins no more no less use a timer. Well by day 4 my hair grew 1/2 inch and tomorrow will be day 7. So may hair did not grow a whole inch but at least it grew a bit. BUT I also noticed my hips and booty are so much thicker. I realized its because when I am doing the inversion method I feel a good stretch on my legs, and when I put my head back up all the blood rushes to my legs because they have been stretched for 4 mins. So that increase of blood filled with phytoestrogens due to the Aguaje made me grow 1/2 of curves in 4 days! :) I am so excited. So ladies Google: The inversion method for longer hair and try it. It says 1 -4 inches in a week and some people have had lots of hair growth but not me I only had 1/2 its different for everyone and its all according to hair type and texture but for my curves Ill try anything. Week 23

Hi Ladies!


Who needs a waist trainer or Pueraria Mirifica???

Okay Guys so I am so excited. I know I told you a while ago I had lost weight and I am gaining it back yay! My breast are almost back to their 38 inches ( IN THE PICTURE I KNOW ITS HARD TO SEE BUT ITS AT 37 INCHES). I know you heard a lot about waist training well, I am going to tell you right now its NOT comfortable. I literally lost one inch of fat from my belly and achieved my 28 inch waist, which is crazy because even when I was at my skinniest the lowest my waist would go was a 29 and NOW my normal is a 28 :D can you believe that??? If you dont then try the FIT C for yourself. Why does my BUTT look bigger??? because the FIT C made my belly smaller which makes the booty pop & ALSO the FIT C + AGUAJE make the fat from my Belly and Arms go to my booty! 






Now have you heard about Pueraria Mirifica? maybe you have tried it?? I did for a long time and I did see some results but also my belly gained weight I felt weak when I was on it and I could only use it the first 15 days of my cycle. I ran out of it once like a year ago and my cycle MESSED UP SO BAD. I am still paying the consequences my cycle used to be every 28 days exactly never late and now it ranges from 38 to 40 days I never really know when its coming. Thanks to Aguaje I am slowly but surely getting back on track at least I know its from 38 - 40 days before I would miss it for months and I had no idea when it was coming and when it came I had the worst cramps ever. I read somewhere that for a perfect cycle means you will not have any cramps and with Aguaje I can see that is true. When I am getting my period my cramps are very minimal, its amazing!! I love aguaje so much! <3 font="" nbsp="">
